About the training program

The overall goal of the postgraduate program in the scientific specialty 4.2.4 Private Zootechnics, Feeding, Feed Preparation Technologies, and Livestock Production is to form competencies necessary for successful scientific research and pedagogical work in the field of agricultural sciences, for conscious and independent construction and implementation of prospects for one's development and career growth, allowing the graduate to successfully work in the field of science, education, management, and be stable in the labor market.

What do graduates do?

Graduates work at research institutes (RAS, the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and sectoral research institutes), breeding farms, multiplier farms, genetic centers, livestock complexes, and poultry farms (as animal technicians, breeders, and technologists); in laboratories assessing feed and products; at universities (in research and teaching); in agribusiness consulting companies; in agricultural authorities; as well as at companies producing compound feed, premixes, veterinary medicines, and livestock equipment.
