About the training program
As part of the program, students study the fundamentals of management and entrepreneurship, as well as organizational standards for project activities.
The program develops three competency tracks essential for management:
1) managing the development and competitiveness of companies;
2) project management, building a project team, establishing project communications, identifying sources of project financing, and evaluating project effectiveness;
3) business planning — creating and developing one’s own business.
