About the training program
The programme is aimed at training specialists proficient in technologies and forms of organizing work with young people, as well as methods for developing young people’s personal, intellectual, professional, creative and other qualities and resources. Graduates who complete the 39.03.03 Organization of Work with Youth programme (profile: “Organization of Work with Youth”) are able to work in education and science; the organization of leisure and recreation for children and adolescents; youth policy; and youth development. Graduates who complete the bachelor’s programme will be prepared to address professional tasks related to organizational and managerial and social-technological activities.
