About the training program
The Master’s programme “Protection of Civil Rights in Russia” is comprehensive and practice-oriented. It is well known that, in many cases, parties to legal relations exercise their rights without hindrance and voluntarily fulfil their obligations. However, this is not always the case: a right may be violated or become uncertain. It is precisely in such situations that the need to apply the law and obtain judicial protection is greatest. The protection of rights lies at the forefront of the operation of law, and this is where a lawyer’s full professional skill must be demonstrated.
What do graduates do?
You will be able to work:
- as a lawyer proficient in technologies for the settlement and resolution of conflicts and disputes of various categories: civil, economic (arbitration), financial, tax, banking, international, family, labor, and other disputes;
- as a lawyer specializing in the judicial protection of violated or disputed civil rights, freedoms, and legally protected interests;
- in the judicial system, in any jurisdictional bodies, as well as in organizations of all organizational and legal forms and types of ownership specializing in the protection of civil rights, both at the pre-trial dispute resolution stage and during civil proceedings, arbitration proceedings, and administrative court procee
