Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Copy of the passport (the page with the photograph and the registration page)
- 3×4 cm photos – 4 pcs.
- Valid fluorography (+ 1 copy)
- Health passport or Medical Certificate Form No. 086-U (+ 1 copy) – an extended certificate is required (including certificates from a narcologist and a psychiatrist)
- Vaccination certificate (it must include, as mandatory, 2 vaccinations against measles, ADS-M, and hepatitis)
- Consent of a legal representative to entering into contracts (for students under 18)
Settlement conditions:
- Obtain a medical certificate for moving into a dormitory at the medical center for higher education students (bachelor’s, specialist, and master’s students)
- Obtain the referral containing the dormitory address according to the accommodation allocation. The referral is issued when you receive the certificate for check-in.
- Go to the dormitory building at the address specified in the referral.
- The dormitory issues a payment order for accommodation fees to the Bank.
- After visiting the bank, you must return to the dormitory building, where check-in will take place: after completing all the necessary documents, you will receive your room key.
- Foreign nationals must complete migration registration (registration) within 1 working day at: 18 Bolshaya Morskaya Street, 4th floor, Room 437A, Registration and Visa Office. Opening hours: 11:00–16:00. Telephone: +7 (812) 315-08-93, E-mail: inter@sutd.ru
