Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport (original)
- Medical certificate from the VolSU outpatient clinic
- Dormitory application
- Learner map
- Three fresh 3x4 photos
- Copy of passport
- Copies of documents confirming the right to priority and (or) preferential provision of a place in a dormitory (if available)
- Copy of migration card
- Copy of the entry visa to the Russian Federation
- Documents listed in Appendix No. 3 to Order No. 1363 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia (for graduate students)
- Copies of other documents at the student's discretion
Settlement conditions:
- To be an applicant for VolSU, to have a referral for admission from the admissions committee
- To be a full-time student at VolSU
- For first-year students: have a medical certificate form 086-u from the dormitory outpatient clinic
- Pay dormitory, provide copies of payment receipts
- Have a referral for training from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia
