Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport (original)
- Medical certificate from the VolSU outpatient clinic
- Application for a place in a dormitory
- Student card
- Three recent 3×4 photographs
- Copy of passport
- Copies of documents confirming the right to priority and/or preferential allocation of a place in a dormitory (if applicable)
- Copy of the migration card
- Copy of the visa for entry into the Russian Federation
- Documents listed in Annex No. 3 to Order No. 1363 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia (for postgraduate students)
- Copies of other documents at the student's discretion
Settlement conditions:
- Be a VolSU applicant and have a move-in authorization issued by the Admissions Office
- Be a full-time student at VolSU
- For first-year students: have a medical certificate, Form 086-U, issued by the outpatient clinic at the dormitory
- Pay the accommodation fee and provide copies of the payment receipts.
- Have a referral for study from the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education
