About the training program
The programme was created in response to current challenges in the development of higher bioengineering education, taking into account such trends as high-tech healthcare, health-preserving technologies, and the transition to personalised medicine. It is the first specialist degree programme in Russia at an engineering university to train engineers in the development and application of molecular biological and genetic technologies. Students acquire comprehensive knowledge in biology, bioinformatics, and related scientific fields, as well as studying organisational and management disciplines.
