About the training program
The Economics profile provides students with fundamental knowledge of the basics of economics. Specialized courses such as "Banking and Finance" and "Game Theory" allow students to delve deeper into areas of interest for self-development or career goals, while basic courses such as "Microeconomics", "Macroeconomics", "Econometrics" and "Statistics" provide students with a solid theoretical foundation.
What do graduates do?
The combination of strong mathematical training with immersion in the social sciences and humanities, as well as a broad set of soft skills, opens many doors for graduates of this track and enables them to work in Russian and international companies in areas such as consulting and auditing, finance, and banking, as well as to launch their own startups. Some graduates of the track continue their studies in master's programs, in particular in economics, economic policy, and business analytics at HSE.
