Ukrainians successfully realize themselves in various fields: they manage company divisions, develop their own business, work in international corporations, banks, trading organizations, and consulting firms. Many hold positions as sales managers, project managers, operational managers, or business development managers. They are in demand in companies entering external markets, as well as in small and medium-sized businesses where versatile managers are required. Thanks to their broad training and understanding of both the Russian and international business environment, they effectively adapt to changes and build their careers in Russia, CIS countries, Europe, and Asia. Some continue their studies in graduate school.
