About the training program
The modern activity of a designer is not limited to creating individual items. In his field of vision is today the environment as a whole, whether it is the interior of a public building or a residential house or the external space. A type of design activity whose tasks are to organize a comfortable environment for a person - residential, industrial, socio-cultural - is called "architectural environment design." Comparing the work of an architect and a designer, it can be said that the architect "creates space," while the designer organizes and equips this space for specific functional processes; architecture and architectural environment design differ primarily in the final result.
