About the training program
The goal of the training is to prepare specialists who know: methods and technologies for obtaining nanostructures and nanostructured materials; methods for studying nanostructures and nanostructured materials; basics and principles of solid-state microelectronics operation and ways of its further development and miniaturization; basics and principles of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) operation.
