About the training program

The goal of the educational program is to prepare a teacher-defectologist – a member of the team of psychological and pedagogical support for students with intellectual disabilities, ready to solve complex professional tasks in various institutional conditions, creative self-realization, rapid adaptation to socio-economic transformations and inclusion in innovative activities, social and professional mobility, and constant professional growth.

What will they teach you?

Разработке и реализации индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов: навыки составления и применения индивидуальных коррекционно-развивающих программ, адаптированных под потребности каждого ребенка.
Владению методами коррекции имеющихся нарушений и развитие компенсаторных навыков (например, развитие других способностей для преодоления трудностей).
Формированию и развитию у подопечных навыков самообслуживания, социального взаимодействия, коммуникации и простых трудовых навыков, необходимых для самостоятельной жизни.
Проведению комплексной оценки уровня психофизического развития, познавательных способностей и особенностей поведения лиц с интеллектуальными нарушениями.
