Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Quota receipt
Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

When applying under the Government of the Russian Federation quota, you need to submit an application through the Education in Russia website. For questions regarding quota admission, you should contact the Russian House/Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country.
