About the training program

The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists in the field of applied mechanics, mathematics, and computer science, who have fundamental mechanical and mathematical training, are proficient in modern information technologies, and are capable of participating in mathematical and computer modeling of mechanical systems and processes, as well as in the development of system and software. Special attention in the training of graduates is paid to methods of mathematical modeling, computer implementation of mathematical models, modern information technologies, and their application in scientific research, design, and production activities.

What will they teach you?

What do graduates do?

Graduates can work in the fields of education and science, engaging in teaching and scientific research, in architecture and design, performing mathematical and computer modeling of complex systems and structures. They are in demand in the oil and gas industry, nuclear and rocket-space industries, shipbuilding, automotive and aircraft manufacturing, where they apply methods of mathematical modeling, computational mechanics, numerical methods, and reliability analysis. It is also possible to work in cross-cutting types of industrial activities, including research and development, algorithm creation, software, and models of mechanical systems and processes.
