About the training program

The goal of the program is to train engineers in the design and operation of radio engineering and telecommunications devices and systems. Graduates have skills in analyzing radio electronic circuits and devices, designing radio communication systems, radio navigation, and signal processing, as well as using modern modeling software. The program is focused on the application of knowledge in the field of the Internet of Things, telecommunications, radar, and wireless networks. The training combines fundamental training in electrodynamics, signal theory, and electronics with laboratory practice and project activities, developing teamwork and engineering design skills.

What will they teach you?

  • Самостоятельно проводить экспериментальные исследования и использовать основные приемы обработки и представления полученных данных
  • Применять методы поиска, хранения, обработки, анализа и представления в требуемом формате информации из различных источников и баз данных, соблюдая требования информационной безопасности.
  • Понимать принципы работы современных информационных технологий и использовать их для решения задач профессиональной деятельности
  • Осуществлять сбор научно-технической информации для проведения оценочных расчетов отдельных блоков радиоэлектронных устройств (РЭУ)
  • Осуществлять разработку функциональных схем РЭУ и компьютерное моделирование отдельных блоков РЭУ
  • Разрабатывать математические модели радиоэлектронных устройств, подсистем радиоэлектронных систем и комплексов

What do graduates do?

Graduates work in telecommunications companies (cellular, satellite, and fiber optic communication), in the field of radio electronics and instrumentation, developing radio systems, antenna devices, and signal processing equipment. They are in demand in the radar, navigation, and space industries, the transportation industry (aviation, shipping, automotive communication systems), as well as in IT and IoT projects related to wireless networks and embedded systems. Specialists work in energy and industrial automation, as well as in research organizations and medicine (telemedicine, diagnostic equipment).
