About the training program
The program is aimed at training researchers in the field of physical foundations of modern electronics and the development of new generation electronic devices. Students study the processes of charged particle emission, the physics of solid-state, vacuum, and plasma electronic systems, methods of creating micro- and nanostructures, thin films, and functional coatings. Special attention is paid to the development of microwave electronics devices, plasma particle sources, optoelectronic and superconducting devices, as well as the application of electron-beam and plasma technologies in science and industry.
