About the training program

The program "Theoretical and Applied Thermal Engineering. Thermophysical Properties of Working Substances, Thermotechnical Processes of Intensification of Energy Production and Consumption in Systems and Cycles of Low-Waste Technological Installations" is aimed at training researchers in the field of thermophysical properties of working substances and developing methods for intensifying thermotechnical processes in energy and technological installations. The patterns of heat-mass transfer in single- and multiphase media, heat exchange processes during phase transformations, and methods for increasing the efficiency of energy cycles are considered. Special attention is given to the creation of low-waste and resource-saving heat technology systems

What do graduates do?

Graduates work in research organizations, engineering centers, and design institutes of energy and technological profile. Professional activities are related to the study of the thermophysical properties of working substances, the development of energy-efficient thermal engineering processes, and the creation of low-waste technological installations. Graduates are in demand in energy, chemical industry, mechanical engineering, nuclear industry, and higher education institutions.
