About the training program
This program is aimed at training qualified specialists for the electronic and related industries, where modern high-tech technologies, including nanoelectronics, are applied. The training is focused on developing competencies in the development, design, and operation of electronic devices and systems, as well as mastering advanced engineering methods and digital technologies. Special attention is paid to practice-oriented training, working with modern equipment, and solving applied tasks of high-tech production.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work in the field of semiconductor electronics and microelectronics, engaged in scientific research, development, and design of integrated circuits; in companies and research institutes that create digital electronic circuits, RTL descriptions in Verilog language, as well as those engaged in the verification of digital circuits using test environments. Specialists work with microcontrollers and FPGAs, design the topology of integrated circuits, develop elements of solid-state electronics and nanomaterials. Graduates are engaged in the development of infrared semiconductor photoreceivers, including photodiodes, photoresistors, and photoreceiver arrays for modern high-tech systems.
