About the training program
The program is aimed at training specialists in the design, operation, and maintenance of thermal and nuclear power plants, steam and gas turbine units, boiler houses, and thermal networks. Students master advanced energy technologies, including unconventional and renewable energy. Graduates are ready to work in energy companies, design organizations, and housing and communal services, know how to operate thermomechanical equipment, and conduct energy surveys.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work in the field of construction and housing and communal services (design and operation of thermal power facilities), in the electric power industry, at enterprises for the extraction, processing, and transportation of oil and gas, in the nuclear industry (design and operation of turbine equipment), in metallurgical production, as well as in organizations with cross-cutting types of professional activity — wherever competencies in the field of thermal power and thermal engineering are required.
