About the training program
The program prepares engineering technologists to manage the complex of well construction work at all stages—from design to commissioning. Students master modern drilling technologies, including directional and horizontal drilling, well structures, drilling mud properties, cementation, as well as issues of field geology and complication control. Graduates are capable of developing well construction projects, selecting and optimizing drilling technologies, managing drilling processes taking into account mining and geological conditions and industrial safety requirements.
