About the training program
The program prepares corrosion engineers to ensure reliability and extend the service life of oil and gas complex facilities. Students receive specialized training in the theory of corrosion processes, methods of protecting metal structures, diagnostics, and monitoring of equipment condition. Graduates are capable of developing and implementing comprehensive protection systems, including electrochemical methods (cathode and tread protection), application of protective coatings, selection of corrosion-resistant materials, and expertise in industrial safety of energy facilities.
