Only for foreign citizens. The only bachelor's program in Russia for training specialists in a wide range of professional activities, including production (drilling and field development) and transportation (collection, preparation, transportation, and storage) of oil and gas. The implementation of the program entirely in English significantly increases the competitive advantages of graduates and allows for the professional training of foreign students who do not speak Russian.
