About the training program
The program prepares general-purpose engineers for the full cycle of hydrocarbon field development—from reserve exploration and assessment to production and preparation of raw materials for transportation. Students gain in-depth knowledge in geology and oil and gas field geology, well drilling, methods for increasing reservoir oil recovery, and field development management. Special attention is paid to modern technologies: horizontal and multi-bore drilling, hydraulic fracturing, intelligent wells, and digital process modeling. Graduates are capable of solving complex tasks to increase the economic efficiency and environmental safety of extraction.
