Admission as part of a general competition

Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Required documents:

National (foreign) passport with a translation into Russian (the translation is certified by a Russian notary or the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in the host country)

Medical insurance policy for full-time and part-time students. In case of obtaining a policy in one's home country (for a period of no less than 1 year), the policy must indicate medical institutions in Surgut ready to provide medical assistance if necessary
