About the training program

The program prepares highly qualified professionals in strategic management. You will learn to manage an enterprise at the top-management level, conduct research, and implement innovations. During your studies, you will master methods for making optimal management decisions, learn to collect and process professional data using modern IT tools, study the development of an enterprise’s strategic objectives, and evaluate organizational performance. The program combines analytics, leadership practices, and teamwork skills.
