About the training program
The program prepares highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel for conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of interaction between geospheres and biota under the influence of natural and technogenic processes. The main attention is paid to the development of methodology and technologies for geoecological monitoring, assessment and forecasting of the state of the environment, solving tasks for the restoration of disturbed ecosystems, and rational nature management. Graduate students participate in scientific projects related to the analysis of spatio-temporal changes in geoecosystems, environmental risk management, and the development of geographic information systems for conservation purposes.
