Partners of VlGU are more than 150 large enterprises, institutions, and organizations. Employers participate in the development of educational programs and provide students with databases of practices and internships. Together with partner companies, 42 basic departments have been created. Graduates receive knowledge and competencies necessary for successful employment.
Employment assistance
At VlGU, there is a career center (a regional center for forecasting and facilitating the employment of graduates), which is engaged in career guidance work with students and graduates on issues of employment, job search and selection, consulting on resume writing and interviewing. In cooperation with employers, VlGU annually holds more than 250 career events: fairs, master classes, excursions, lectures from experts, etc., where students can learn about the modern requirements of the labor market. Students also have access to mentoring programs that help develop the necessary skills and confidence when looking for a job. Open vacancies and invitations for internships from various companies are posted on social media for students.
Where graduates work
PJSC Sberbank
The Basic Department of VlGU and Sberbank have jointly developed and implemented professional retraining programs that help students and graduates acquire relevant skills and knowledge in demand in the labor market. The bank is an employer for more than 100 graduates of VlGU.
PJSC Gazprom
VlGU trains in-demand specialists from PJSC "Gazprom" in the field of "Construction" and other in-demand engineering specialties in this industry.
JSC "Alfa-Bank"
Joint projects are being implemented with Alfa-Bank to support youth science. Every year, students and teachers of VlGU are winners of the bank's educational programs, receiving scholarships and grants from the bank. Students and graduates of VlGU work as system analysts.
Tech Center "Grand"
The TechCenter "Grand" Group of Companies is the largest automotive holding in the region. The official dealer for the sale and service of HAVAL, TANK, Jetour, JAC, UAZ, GEELY, Belgee, Knewstar, SOUEAST, Sollers, HISUN, LOVOL, FAW, Dongfeng vehicles. Students receive scholarships and grants from the company.
JSC "VNII "Signal"
JSC "VNII "Signal" is part of the "High-Precision Complexes" holding of the State Corporation "Rostec". Graduates of IT, radio electronics, and other specialties successfully work at JSC "VNII "Signal".
MDC "Artek"
The International Children's Center "Artek" is an international innovative platform for general and additional education, as well as health improvement and recreation for children and adults. Every year, students and graduates undergo internships and are employed as counselors and teachers.
