Library
The Scientific and Technical Library of NRU MGSU is one of the largest university libraries, providing access to more than 300,000 full-text electronic educational publications and about 700,000 electronic regulatory documents, as well as unique Russian and foreign publications on construction and architecture.

The university campus has its own swimming pool, open for both group classes and individual visits.
Sports Complex of NIU MGSU
On the territory of the MGSU campus, there is an extensive sports complex including game halls (mini-football, basketball, volleyball, floorball, handball, tennis, rock climbing), halls for martial arts (sambo, freestyle wrestling, judo), halls for strength training, and a gymnastics hall.
