About the training program
Personnel Management, profile "Personnel Management of the Organization". The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of employee management of organizations. Graduated specialists are capable of developing and implementing systems of operational and strategic management of workers and employees of enterprises, employees of firms and companies. When forming the program, the requirements of the professional standard of a specialist in the field of personnel management, as well as the professional standard of a personnel selection specialist (recruiter), were taken into account.
