The mission of the Higher Qualification Personnel Training Department with a graduate employment support center is to assist students and graduates in their professional development, orientation in the labor market, and employment, taking into account their individual characteristics, as well as to assist employers in selecting a beginning specialist.
Employment assistance
In recent times, on various platforms, the management team has held more than 20 events both at the university itself and jointly with the Ministry of Health of the Smolensk Region. These are annual traditional job fairs with the participation of employers from various regions of Russia.
