About the training program
The educational programme “Economics and Management at Enterprises of the Defence-Industrial Complex” is designed to train highly qualified managers with profound theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of economics and management of defence-industrial enterprises. The programme includes the study of modern methods of economic analysis, cost planning and control, production process optimisation, risk assessment, and product quality management.
