About the training program
The postgraduate programme for the training of scientific and academic teaching staff in “5.4.7. Sociology of Management” comprises research and educational components, as well as a final assessment. Postgraduate students complete the programme in accordance with an individual research activity plan and an individual study plan. Research (scientific research) activities are carried out with the aim of preparing a dissertation for defence. The number of fee-paying places (15) is specified for the group of scientific specialities “5.4 Sociology”. Places are allocated through a competitive selection process.
