About the training program
The Real Estate Cadastre program trains specialists in cadastral registration, property rights registration, and real estate valuation. Students master cadastral activities, legal expertise, GIS, remote sensing, photogrammetry, maintenance of the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), cadastral valuation, real estate economics, and information security. They learn to carry out land surveying, prepare technical plans, conduct inventories, draw up inspection reports, develop land plot plans, establish easements, and perform geodetic surveys and valuation work. Extensive practical training in specialized organizations prepares them to work with modern information systems and geodetic equipment.
