About the training program
Leningrad State University named after A.S. Pushkin offers a bachelor’s degree program in “State and Municipal Administration” to train highly sought-after specialists for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The program focuses on two areas: fundamental knowledge (law, economics, political science, and regional studies) and the digitalization of processes. Students learn to make management decisions, interact with the public, address social challenges, optimize the work of government agencies, and implement technologies. The teaching staff includes university specialists and practitioners from public authorities. Students undertake internships in real government agencies, become familiar with administrative procedures and departmental operations, and gain experience in the role of civil servants.
