About the training program
The program prepares specialists in organizing service activities at enterprises. It was developed by leading experts from the Faculty of Economics of Pushkin Leningrad State University, taking market needs into account. The program provides training in service logistics, the management of transport and logistics services, and comprehensive customer service in procurement, sales, storage, and transportation. It combines theory and practice. Students study key types of logistics, digital service management, methods for optimizing supply, routes, warehouses, and terminals, transportation safety, data analysis, and decision-making using modern technologies.
