About the training program
The program trains specialists in organizing service activities at enterprises. It was developed by the Faculty of Economics of A.S. Pushkin Leningrad State University in response to market needs. Its goal is to prepare professionals in service and management for Russian and international companies. Students learn to manage all stages of a company’s life cycle, develop business plans and marketing strategies, manage projects, promote products, and motivate personnel. They study service-sector management, service technologies, and management practices in a service-market environment. The content complies with professional standards and enables graduates to pursue a career or start their own business.
