About the training program
The educational program prepares specialists to organize service operations at enterprises. It was developed by leading experts from the Faculty of Economics of Pushkin Leningrad State University, taking into account labor market needs. The program focuses on training professionals for procurement, the provision of public and municipal services, the management of services and digital processes in the public sector, and the provision of information support to citizens and organizations. Students gain knowledge in public administration, management, services, information technology, strategic analysis, and legal regulation, and learn how to set goals and objectives for public authorities.
