About the training program
Master’s study in the Educational Psychology programme is the next stage in a professional’s development. The programme provides in-depth knowledge of the psychology of learning, educational activities, teacher–student interaction, group functioning, and the prevention of professional burnout. It answers the questions: why do some people learn successfully while others do not; how should the process be organised; and how can a teacher maintain their effectiveness?
