About the training program
The Educational Management program prepares leaders of schools, kindergartens, and supplementary education organizations. Students learn to manage personnel, finances, resources, reporting, the quality of educational programs, monitoring, innovation, educational marketing, and corporate culture. The program provides knowledge of legal regulations, strategic planning, modern technologies, and work with stakeholders. Elective courses deepen students’ expertise in personnel management, the design of methodological systems, and the organization of research. The training develops competencies for cooperation with social partners and for taking current trends in educational management into account.
