About the training program
Admission to the Speech Therapy in the Education and Healthcare Systems program at the Faculty of Special (Defectology) Education is an opportunity to become an in-demand specialist helping people with speech disorders. The program provides the knowledge required to work in educational and medical organizations, as well as the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies. A teacher-speech therapist takes part in psychological-medical-pedagogical commissions, identifies educational needs, and develops adapted programs and a corrective and developmental environment. Practical training takes place in schools and medical institutions. Students conduct research and participate in conferences, academic competitions, and contests.
