About the training program
The programme in Special (Defectological) Education (the Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Persons with Autism programme) prepares specialists to work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and early childhood autism in educational and medical institutions, and also provides an opportunity to continue their studies in postgraduate education. Graduates are able to identify special educational needs, develop adapted programmes, and create a corrective and developmental environment. Practical training takes place in schools and centres. Students conduct research in the student academic society and participate in conferences, competitions, and academic olympiads.
