About the training program
The program trains in-demand specialists in regional development for Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The curriculum is based on two blocks: fundamental disciplines (regional economics, strategic planning, the budget process, and analysis of territorial potential) and practical mechanisms (public-private partnerships, digitalization of governance, and cooperation with businesses). The courses are taught by university researchers and invited experts from government authorities. Students undertake internships in government administrations, become familiar with real management procedures and departmental work, and gain experience as territorial development managers.
