About the training program
The program trains specialists in youth work who are in high demand in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. It focuses on two areas: fundamental knowledge (sociology, psychology, law, identifying young people’s needs, event organization, and dialogue with opinion leaders) and a project- and grant-based approach using digital communications. The program is taught by university experts and practitioners from youth policy committees. Students complete internships in government agencies, participate in real events, learn how departments operate, and gain experience as organizers.
