Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Copy of passport
- Copy and original visa
- Migration card
- 4 photos (3x4)
- Medical certificate (after registration)
- Payment receipt (after registration)
Settlement conditions:
- Review the dormitory safety instructions
- Familiarize yourself with the Rules of Internal Regulation (residence) in dormitories
- To receive the room keys and the inventory located in the room in accordance with the issued acceptance certificate
- Within 10 working days from the date of settlement, the lease agreement for the residential premises
- Within 3 months from the moment of settlement, register temporarily
- For improved living places, settlement is possible upon personal application if there are places available

Payment for accommodation is made through a bank or ATM in rubles after settling into the TOSU dormitory. The minimum payment period is 1 month. The cost of accommodation is more expensive during the heating season. Meals are not included in the cost of accommodation. The state fee for registration at the place of stay (in a dormitory) is 1000 rubles. The state fee for obtaining a multiple-entry visa for 1 year is 1920 rubles. Upon arrival at TOSU, a university employee will help arrange medical insurance, undergo a medical examination for accommodation in a dormitory, and undergo state fingerprint registration. The cost of insurance is from 3500 rubles per year depending on the insurance conditions and the set of medical services. Medical examination for dormitory placement – 4000 rubles, for state fingerprint registration – 1800 rubles.
