Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Scan of the passport or other document that will be used to enter the Russian Federation

A scan of the notarized Russian translation of the international passport or other document to be used for entry into the Russian Federation (if the document is not also provided in Russian)

Quota receipt
Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Scan of the completed application form with a photo attached in the upper-right corner (3×4, color or black-and-white, matte) and the applicant’s signature

Admission to the Olympiads
Preferential admission for winners and prize-winners of international olympiads included in the list of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The right to admission without entrance exams is granted.

Admission with grant provision
Admission in the presence of an educational grant from Russian or international organizations, funds, state programs. The grant can cover tuition, accommodation, and a scholarship.
