About the training program
Program objective: to train highly qualified research and academic staff who possess the skills of independent scientific analytical thinking based on a deep mastery of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the theory and practice of managing organizations as social and economic systems, using modern management technologies.
What do graduates do?
Our graduates work as research staff in academic and departmental research organizations; as teachers in institutions of higher and continuing professional education; as managers and experts in state authorities and local self-government bodies; as top managers, strategic and operational managers, project managers, and business consultants in organizations of various forms of ownership and types of economic activity; and as specialists in process, project, crisis, and strategic management.
