About the training program

The program "Public Administration and Local Self-Government" is aimed at training highly qualified specialists and managers of a new generation who possess a comprehensive managerial mindset, the necessary competencies, strong analytical skills, and leadership qualities, and who are capable of effectively participating in the development and implementation of measures for managing the economies of territories at different levels.

What will they teach you?

анализировать и прогнозировать социально-экономическое развитие территорий;
применять современные методы стратегического и тактического планирования на региональном и муниципальном уровнях;
управлять государственными и муниципальными программами и проектами и оценивать эффективность деятельности органов власти и реализуемых ими программ;
использовать инструменты бюджетного и налогового регулирования и взаимодействовать с институтами гражданского общества и бизнесом в решении задач развития территорий;
руководить коллективами и организациями в системе публичного управления.

Graduates work as managers and specialists in representative and executive public authorities; as employees of local self-government bodies of municipal entities; as managers and specialists in state and municipal enterprises and institutions; as employees of bodies and institutions within the executive authority system; as experts and analysts in commercial and non-profit organizations interacting with public authorities; as project managers in the field of public-private partnership; and as lecturers and researchers in the field of state and municipal administration.
