Admission as part of a general competition

Quota receipt

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Admission to the Olympiads

Preferential admission for winners and prize-winners of international olympiads included in the list of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The right to admission without entrance exams is granted.

Important information

For citizens of countries with a visa regime for entry into the Russian Federation: an invitation for a visa is issued by the university only after enrollment; the processing time for the invitation is up to 3 weeks; the invitation is sent to the consulate of the Russian Federation in the country of residence; based on the invitation, a single-entry study visa for a period of 3 months is issued. If your education document was issued not in the Russian Federation, a recognition procedure (nostrification) may be required. Recognition is not required if the documents are obtained in the following countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Croatia, Uzbekistan. In other cases, the recognition procedure takes up to 45 calendar days.
