About the University
Dubna State University is located in the environmentally friendly science city of Dubna, in the north of the Moscow Region (120 km from Moscow).
Dubna University invites international applicants to become part of its international academic community. Our university attracts talented people from all over the world thanks to its high-quality educational programs and modern facilities.
Studies are conducted in the university’s high-tech laboratories, as well as at the research laboratories of the International Intergovernmental Organization Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, jinr.ru, where not only new chemical elements are synthesized, but also extensive educational activities are carried out.
Dubna University has many years of successful experience in training specialists through two-degree programs.
Dubna University invites students to study under the QUOTA program (the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation + Rossotrudnichestvo).

Campus

The university campus includes academic buildings with modern classrooms and laboratories, dormitories for out-of-town and international students, a sports complex, a library, cafeterias, and self-study areas.
Practical classes
Practical classes are held both in the university’s laboratories and at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR).
OLIMP Sports Complex
Olimp is one of the most modern and multifunctional sports facilities not only in Dubna, but also in the Moscow Region. The sports complex halls are equipped with modern sports equipment. As part of the curriculum, GUD students attend swimming classes in the pool. The pool is 25 m long.
