Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Application documents may be submitted in several ways: • by email: pkig@mstuca.ru omc@mstuca.ru • in person at the Admissions Office (20 Kronshtadsky Boulevard, Moscow) • via the Gosuslugi portal. Please note that documents issued in a foreign country must be legalized in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or bear an apostille, except where legalization and apostille certification are not required under the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or an international treaty. Foreign nationals may enroll in basic educational programs either in fee-paying places under tuition agreements or in places financed from allocations of the federal budget of the Russian Federation. Students enrolled in technical fields and specialties are provided with civil aviation uniforms and three free meals a day.
